I have to admit that what puts a lump in my throat is seeing talent trump ethnicity, but the fact is that the trumping took an awful lot of talent. I suppose if Obama &amp; McCain were equally able, I&#39;d have given an affirmative action bump to Obama, but it&#39;s a pretty safe guess the majority of my fellow Americans would not have. Obama &amp; company had to run a near-pitch-perfect campaign for a brilliant, candidate against a blundering recidivist dunderhead &amp; his depraved airhead moll. <BR/><BR/>In the U.S.A., if you ain&#39;t a white anglo-saxon male protestant, even in 2008 you gotta be way better than those guys.
